Prior to offering to tender for a project, we would visit the site together with our own surveyor and and specialists neccesary to the project's requirements. This helps us to see the client's specific needs and requirements and enables us to provide a more accurate duration period for the project.


Planning consent must be obtained from local authorities before many projects can begin. We are experienced in successfully presenting project plans, party wall agreements and risk assessments to building control departments.

Complete house renovation

The entire interior is stripped out and carted away in our own tipper vehicles allowing for the building works to commence firstly capping off service where neccesary, ensuring the supplies required for the works are in place.

Making good and/or replacing walls, ceiling, windows, door frames and doors, etc.

Supplying and fitting of new flooring throughout.

New Joinery

Supplying and fitting new kitchen units and appliances

Supplying and fitting new bathroom suites, etc.

Supplying and fitting new bedroom suites which can be built by our carpenters on site to your requirements.

Complete rewiring and plumbing works where neccesary.

Decoration to your particular taste.

Exterior works including repair or replacement of broken stone, brickwork and tiles, cleaning and restoration and external paintwork.

Full building service

We offer a full building service covering all aspects of the building trade including maintenance contracts.

We have a range of qualified experts on call, including bricklayers, builders, carpenters, decorators, electricians, gas fitters, joiners, painters, plasterers, plumbers, roofers and structural engineers.

Gas electric and fire safety certificates are issued on completion of projects in these areas.


Are estimates are usually free of charge, however we may require a small fee for estimates intended for insurance purposes. This is deducted from the final invoice if we are appointed to carry out the work.
